Love them!

I love my Reggie pumps so much! Itā€™s so great not being tied to the kitchen PowerPoint. I had a bit of an issue with the shield size I ordered and the issue was resolved so quickly and kindly. Highly recommend!

Great Pump, great service !

I have been using my Reggie for 6+ months returning to work and its been fantastic! Allows me to express and work at the same time. When I had an issue with one pump, Reggie reviewed my issue promptly and issued a replacement so I could keep expressing with two pumps at the same time. Would highly recommend

Love!!!! Made being hands free so much simpler. The ladies also helped with supplying additional flanges when my size was incorrect.

Great on the go pump

The Reggie wearable pump is easy to use and brilliant on the go. The motor display is simple and easy to use, and assembly takes very little time once you are familiar with which part goes where. The USB charge is also brilliant, meaning I can charge it in my car on the go. It is great value for money, does exactly what it is designed to do, and Iā€™m glad I bought this compared to the over $500 pump I initially looked at compared to Reggie which was recommended by a friend. Love!

FAQs

We recommend that you wash with warm, soapy water, and rinse well to remove residue.

Allow the parts to air-dry completely on a clean, dry surface.

Alternatively, use a clean towel to dry them.

Avoid using cloth towels that may introduce bacteria.

UV sterilisers are commonly used to disinfect breast pump parts as UV light can kill bacteria, viruses, and other microorganisms

Keep in mind that while UV is effective it may not eliminate all types of contaminants therefore make sure you regularly clean and maintain your UV steriliser.

It is essential to follow the manufacturer's instructions for the UV steriliser to ensure proper usage and effectiveness.

Please be aware that UV can break down the chemical bond in the plastic which can cause a change in appearance and deterioration of the material. You may find that there is a chalky appearance or discolouration (yellowing/whitening) of the material.

A UV steriliser may also end up reducing the lifespan of your silicone parts as they can become sticky and unusable over time.

Sterilising bags are a convenient and effective way to sterilise Reggieā€™s breast pump parts.

Sterilising bags are a great option for cleaning on the go.

Always follow instructions for proper use.

We recommend hand washing our breast pump parts instead of putting them in the dishwasher as some dishwasher detergents may leave a residue or have additives that could be harmful to infants.

If you choose to wash them in a dishwasher please make sure to use a dishwasher basket for small parts to keep them secure during the wash.

Always keep in mind that certain parts of our breast pump may require more careful cleaning, such as valves and diaphragm therefore try to regularly inspect and replace any parts that show signs of wear or damage.

200 - 220 ml

Please see the flange size guide on the product page. Reggie comes with the 24mm flange included. If you determine that you need a flange insert, make sure you select from the 17mm, 19mm, 21mm or 27mm options before adding to cart.

If the flange size you purchased doesn't quite fit, no worries. Let us know, and we'll send you the right size on the house!

We do not see the need to replace the parts unless they are worn, damaged or lost.

Each person's pumping frequency is completely different therefore we cannot tell you if or when you need to replace parts.

If you find yourself needing new or additional parts, these can be purchased directly on the website.

Reggie has a suction strength of 280-300 mmHg.

Reggie has 4 modes and 12 levels of intensity; Massage, Auto, Lactation and Expression.Ā

Expression mode:Ā This mode is designed to mimic the long sucking pattern of a baby's feeding. It involves a continuous, steady suction that helps express milk from the breast.

Massage mode:Ā In this mode, the breast pump applies short suction cycles combined with gentle massaging actions. The purpose is to stimulate milk flow by mimicking the initial rapid sucking motion of a baby.

Auto mode:Ā A combination ofĀ massage andĀ expression modes. It alternates between cycles of short massage like suction and longer, steady sucking. The auto mode comes with 6 - 12 levels of adjustment.Ā  Ā

Lactation mode:Ā This mode is designed to closely resemble the natural sucking frequency of a baby. It typically starts with a gentle suction and gradually increases in intensity, replicating the way a baby's sucking pattern changes during a feeding session.

For further, please refer to our blog post.

Using your normal maternity bra works perfectly, just make sure that Reggie is pressed firmly against your breast so that there are no gaps.

Please make sure that the pump isn't pressed too tightly in your bra as this can cause it to tilt backwards and you may experience leakage.

If you feel that the pump is too snug, there are bra extenders included in your Reggie pack.

The Reggie breast pump is designed to sit inside your nursing bra however if you feel that you require more room we have included bra adjusters that create additional room.Ā

Reggie is designed to be flexible however we recommend that you are in an upright position; standing or sitting.

We have supplied two USB charges to allow you to charge both pumps at once.

Depending on suction level, the Reggie pumps will last for 80 - 100 minutes of work time. Reggie has an automatic shut off after 20 minutes.

About two and a half hours.

Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours and you will expect your pumps within 5 business days.

Please refer to our warranty policy.

Do not use the Reggie breast pump If you have an active implanted device that could be affected by a magnetic field (e.g., a pacemaker or implantable cardioverter-defibrillator).
